RevasPay provides financial infrastructure services that enable African creators to receive global payments and withdraw locally through mobile money, bank accounts, and crypto wallets. These Terms govern your use of our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under the laws of your jurisdiction
• Complete our verification process, which may include providing identification documents and other information

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain sufficient funds to cover any refunds or chargebacks

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevasPay and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevasPay and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
